Novaro Tech is the industry's first AI‑native, negative‑latency application fabric. We pre-cache every request before it is made, deploy with negative downtime, and deliver sub-millisecond global latency from a single availability zone — so your team can stop shipping software and start driving outcomes.

No credit card required. Credit card strongly implied.

The paradigm

Your latency is still positive. That's the whole problem.

Most enterprises still wait for a request to arrive before answering it. In 2026. On a Tuesday.

Before Novaro

  • Requests arrive before the cache does, and users experience a state called "waiting"
  • Deployments cause downtime, which subtracts from uptime — the wrong direction entirely
  • MFA requires two whole factors, and users are expected to remember one of them
  • Your NoSQL database refuses to join tables, citing its own architecture
  • CI runs before CD, in that order, like it's 2015
  • Capacity tracked in a spreadsheet named FINAL_v4_USE_THIS.xlsx

After Novaro

  • We pre-cache the response before the request exists. Measured response time: negative
  • Negative-downtime deploys — every release adds uptime to your quarterly total
  • Zero Sign-On: users are authorized without ever being authenticated. No factors at all
  • Relational NoSQL joins anything to anything and returns something
  • Continuous delivery integration and continuous integration delivery, running into each other
  • One pane of glass. Eleven dashboards behind it. Nobody opens them
Platform

One fabric. Every contradiction.

Six tightly-coupled modules we describe as "loosely coupled" in the architecture review.

Predictive Pre-Caching

We return the response before the request is sent. Our model predicts what your users will ask for and answers early, producing measurably negative response times. Requests that never arrive are billed as hits.

p50: −18ms

Negative-Downtime Deploys

Each release finishes fractionally before it begins. Availability is then measured as the interval between our response and your request, over the reporting period — and since we answer first, the numerator is negative.

U = (tresptreq) ÷ Tperiod × 100 = −412%
target: −500% by Q4

Zero Sign-On

Pre-federated SSO with single-factor MFA and negative-trust user management. Users are authorized without being authenticated. Nobody signs in, everybody is an administrator, and all administration is privilegeless.

0 factors, 0 friction

Elastic Hypervisor Mesh

Highly available, serverless, deploy-anywhere runtime execution across large-scale microservices. Hybrid clown computing with virtual extensions and full de-sensibility. Scales 4 → 4096 → 4 in 1.2 seconds. Bills for 4096.

Serverless. Also servers.

Relational NoSQL

Stateless configuration management over a schema-optional document store that performs joins anyway. Includes Redis de-aggregation, decentralized logging (centralized to one node), and MapReduce that reduces 4.2 PB to a single metric. The metric is "good."

ACID-adjacent

Self-Encrypting Encryption

At-rest encryption that decrypts at rest. Keyless certificate distribution into a secure enclave whose decryption key is published to our status page, for transparency. Dedicated ransomware provisioned per tenant, so you're never sharing.

Novaro Intelligence

We put an AI in it, because the board asked.

A 4-trillion-parameter foundation model, fine-tuned exclusively on your company's Confluence pages. It now hallucinates in your brand voice, which customers describe as "on-message."

Passive cache management with AI Our model decides what to cache by taking no action whatsoever. Hit rates are statistically unchanged, but a model is now responsible for them.
Hands-free incident response Incidents are detected, triaged, and closed autonomously. Resolution rate: 100%. Fix rate: not currently tracked.
Machine Learning API A REST endpoint that returns machine learning. The response schema is {} — the value is in the integration.
No-code programming Describe your application in plain English and our agents generate 400,000 lines of code.

FAQ

Questions our sales team deflects.

How can response time be negative?

We serve the response before the request arrives. Latency is then measured from the moment the response was sent to the moment the request showed up, which yields a negative interval. This is arithmetically valid and has not yet been challenged by a customer who finished the whitepaper.

Why is your uptime negative?

Availability is calculated as (tresptreq) ÷ Tperiod × 100. Because we return the response before the request arrives, the numerator is negative, and so is the result. We currently report −412% and are targeting −500% by Q4. Lower is better. Our previous vendor reported 99.9%, which under this model we would now classify as close to an outage.

What does Novaro Tech actually do?

Novaro Tech is an end-to-end negative-latency application fabric. It sits between your existing systems and your other existing systems and pre-caches the gap. For a deeper technical explanation, please book a demo, where we will show you these same slides slower.

Is it AI?

Yes. Portions of the platform are AI. Other portions are a regular expression written in 2019 that we now describe as "deterministic AI." A third portion is a contractor named Dmitri who is very fast.

Explain single-factor MFA.

Multi-factor authentication traditionally requires two or more factors, which users find inconvenient. We reduced it to one. The factor is the username. Combined with Zero Sign-On, users are authorized without being authenticated, eliminating the login step and, in a meaningful sense, the concept of an account.

Why is the decryption key on your status page?

Transparency. Our secure enclave uses self-encrypting encryption, and publishing the key allows customers to independently verify that encryption occurred. Several customers have confirmed that it did.

Can we self-host?

Absolutely. Self-hosting is available on the Sovereign plan and requires electromagnetic pulse sensitization, a dedicated hypervisor rack, and a room that stays under 14°C. Most customers instead choose the cloud, which is our room.

What happens to our data?

Your data remains yours. We hold a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, sublicensable license to it, but ownership — spiritually — stays with you.

Why is my bill different every month?

Compute is usage-based, and usage includes idle. Our autoscaler scales to zero and then bills for zero at a premium rate. The billing model is best understood as weather.

Do you have an SLA?

We guarantee availability at or below −400%. Should uptime drift upward toward zero, you receive service credits redeemable against future service, during which it may drift again. The system is, in this sense, self-healing.

Is any of this real?

No. This page is satire. The pricing model, however, is drawn from life.
